As Penn State continues to integrate institutional data within iTwo, many staff members will need training to use the system. Avoid signing up at the last minute—and finding out spots are filled—and register for a session today!
Be sure to check each session’s prerequisites. All sessions require you to receive temporary iTwo access from the BI team and to print and bring a handout with you. Advanced sessions may require previous training.
iTwo 11G: Creating Basic Queries
New users will be introduced to iTwo and learn how to create simple analyses, basic filters, pivot tables, and basic charts.
iTwo 11G: Creating Advanced Queries
Go beyond “Creating Basic Queries” and learn how to create advanced analyses and filters and how to manipulate multiple data views.
iTwo 11G: Developing Dashboards
Users already familiar with iTwo will learn more about creating interactive dashboards. Attendees will focus on creating dashboard pages and prompts, adding objects to a dashboard, and setting properties for dashboard objects.
iTwo 11G: Creating Basic Queries Assessment
If you want to skip the in-person “Creating Basic Queries” training, you can take this online assessment instead. If you pass the assessment, you will get credit for completing the training.
iTwo 11G: Creating Advanced Queries Assessment
Just recently added, this online assessment is an alternative to the in-person “Creating Advanced Queries” training. If you pass the assessment, you will get credit for completing the training.
